calling all chefs

hi everyone,

I know we are all super busy with holiday preparations, errands and parties, but if anyone happens to have an extra minute and a lead on a great lasagna recipe, I would really appreciate a bit of advice.

chris and I are hosting christmas dinner (and birthday dinner for my hubby who is a christmas baby!) at our house for the first time this year, and I just want to make sure I have the best recipes possible!  we will be making test runs this weekend.

we decided on lasagna, salad, homemade garlic bread, and birthday cake since this menu is both easy (I am not an adept chef) and requires relatively few pots and pan (we don't have a dishwasher).  I don't want to spend the whole evening either cooking or cleaning.

so, I am looking for an easy meatless lasagna recipe (or made with chicken) that is fairly classic to please the varied palates we are hosting.
